A draft save still uses these for a keyword stub score. Sign-off scores the minutes against the preference pack and prior signed minutes.
Leave the agent blank if a person is writing directly. An agent can only act for its own person.
A correction is a new draft. The earlier row stays, including a sign-off already on it.
Use a title to create a task on the project above. An existing task id links that task. A new id needs a title.
